•About Flexcompute: •Flexcompute is revolutionizing the engineering computing industry with next-generation simulation technology. •Founded by innovators from Stanford and MIT, we are pushing the boundaries of computational electromagnetics(EM) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). •Our cutting-edge simulation platforms empower engineers to design transformational technologies across aerospace, automotive, electronics, and more. •As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. •Role Summary: •We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who excels at identifying and attracting top-tier talent in specialized technical fields. •The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for roles such as SaaS application development, computational scientists, software engineers, and research professionals, particularly within startups or high-growth tech companies. •This role is critical in helping us build a world-class team that will drive our innovative technologies forward. •Key Responsibilities: •Proactive Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Aggressively source candidates through various channels, including direct calls, emails, social media, professional networks, and industry events. •Engage in high-volume outreach efforts to connect with potential candidates regularly. •Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs. •Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building: •Actively engage with prospective candidates, effectively communicating Flexcompute's mission, culture, and the exciting opportunities available. •Persuasively present roles to attract and convince high-caliber talent to consider joining our team. •Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through recruitment and ensuring a positive experience. •Screening and Selection: •Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. •Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with the hiring teams. •Maintain accurate structural feedback and organized documentation of candidate interactions and progress. •Utilization of Recruitment Tools: •Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records. •Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve efficiency. •Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: •Work with the operation team and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. •Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments with the hiring teams.

Requirements

•Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is a significant plus •Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on engineering, computational sciences, or software development roles. •Proven track record of successfully filling specialized technical positions in a startup or high-growth environment. •Technical Acumen: •Strong understanding of technical concepts related to computational electromagnetics, CFD, software development, and scientific research. •Ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers on technical topics to accurately assess fit. •Skills: •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuasively present opportunities to candidates. •Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques, including direct calls, boolean searches in major recruiting channels, social recruiting, and networking. •Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools to manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively. •Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on creating win-win outcomes. •Attributes: •Highly self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Energetic and outgoing, with the initiative and proactive communication skills to engage extensively with potential candidates. •Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
