Description

β€’ We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment process for our technical teams. β€’ This role requires deep expertise in the tech industry, including an understanding of the tools, skills, and experiences needed for a variety of technical roles. β€’ The Technical Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment and play a strategic role in workforce planning. β€’ They will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify hiring needs. β€’ Additionally, they will help shape hiring strategies to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. β€’ Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. β€’ Demonstrated collaboration, with the ability to develop and lead hiring strategies. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, cross functional partners and immediate team members. β€’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. β€’ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and technologies. Greenhouse and GEM experience a plus!
