Description

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment process for our technical teams. • This role requires deep expertise in the tech industry, including an understanding of the tools, skills, and experiences needed for a variety of technical roles. • The Technical Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment and play a strategic role in workforce planning. • They will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify hiring needs. • Additionally, they will help shape hiring strategies to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. • Demonstrated collaboration, with the ability to develop and lead hiring strategies. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, cross functional partners and immediate team members. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and technologies. Greenhouse and GEM experience a plus!
