β’ We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment process for our technical teams. β’ This role requires deep expertise in the tech industry, including an understanding of the tools, skills, and experiences needed for a variety of technical roles. β’ The Technical Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment and play a strategic role in workforce planning. β’ They will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify hiring needs. β’ Additionally, they will help shape hiring strategies to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.
β’ 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. β’ Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. β’ Demonstrated collaboration, with the ability to develop and lead hiring strategies. β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, cross functional partners and immediate team members. β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. β’ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and technologies. Greenhouse and GEM experience a plus!
