β’ 360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. β’ As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of creating business opportunities for UK Account Executives through inbound leads qualification. β’ You will leverage bleeding-edge Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects. β’ This position will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline. β’ More specifically, you will be in charge of your territory to qualify inbound leads and pitch our product to interested prospects. β’ Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help. β’ You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market, and present the 360Learning value proposition. β’ Working in close collaboration with your coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow.
β’ Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment β’ Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound β’ Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment) β’ You are fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent) β’ You show enthusiasm for our culture explained here: http://bit.ly/Convexity_360L
