• Proven Expertise: 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of global exposure (ideally in Europe) across compensation, talent management, HR operations, or as a business partner. • Performance-driven leadership: A strong track record designing and managing Pay-for-Performance programs in multi-country organizations. • Strategic Vision: Experience navigating M&A, high-growth scaling, and entity setup while ensuring compliance and competitive positioning. • Clear Communication: Skilled in creating simple, effective tools to educate employees and managers on total rewards principles. • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, making decisions amid ambiguity and shifting priorities. • Data-driven Insights: Advanced analytical skills to turn data into actionable recommendations. • Project excellence: Strong project management, able to lead and deliver multiple cross-functional initiatives. • Technical skills: Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for effective communication and presentations. • Comprehensive knowledge: Deep understanding of Total Rewards best practices, with the ability to seamlessly transition from strategy to execution.
