• Responsible for prospecting new business and partnering with the sales development representative (SDR) to build out qualified leads • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiator, internal / external systems, sales methodologies and processes • Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle (drive revenue within a specific region) • Responsible for selling the company’s products or services to new accounts with 100-499 total employees • Identifies customer needs and determines optimal company products & services to effectively address customer's needs • Develops account specific plans to optimize sales through successful execution of account strategy • Identifies and resolves customer issues/problems by providing appropriate resources and/or materials to address problem/issue • Updates customer information in company systems • Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned revenue targets

Requirements

• 5+ years successful sales experience selling SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS/VoiP products to customers with 100-499 employees • Closes deals of most complexity involving full suite of products • Ability to discuss in depth issues with customers and effectively address their customer’s needs • Proven success in selling full suite of products • Works on problems of complex scope applying consultative analysis of the customer situation • Proactively leverages other sales resources and channel partners to collaborate on many selling opportunities • Applies a deep knowledge of the industry / vertical space they serve • May play role as player/coach to other AEs with less experience
