β€’ Establish and manage relationships with current customers by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their business and challenges and therefore their specific business needs as well as an in-depth understanding of the 8x8 solutions and the respective business impact β€’ Maximise existing relationships to contact new business leads within the customer to maximise on cross sell and upsell opportunities β€’ Pursue, negotiate, and close cross-sell opportunities maximising the customers use of the product and our opportunity with the customer β€’ Work with internal teams, especially Professional Services, to ensure the customers are maximising the use of the solutions and services β€’ Work closely with direct and channel sales teams throughout the sales processes

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of Enterprise level (1500+ employees) solution-based selling required (UCaaS, CCaaS, Hosted Solutions, Telecommunications, SaaS) β€’ SaaS highly preferred β€’ Proven track record within Cloud Communications, Unified Communications, Contact Centre or SaaS β€’ Thorough understanding of Subscription based sales β€’ Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating agreements based on value-based selling while consistently meeting and exceeding quota β€’ Proven ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals β€’ Skills in handling multiple processes and identifying challenges to a positive outcome β€’ Excellent time management skills and attention to details β€’ Accurate forecaster β€’ Deep understanding of business concepts for large national and international corporations β€’ Strong ethic for fulfilling service requests and keen interest in forming relationships with executives β€’ Willingness to travel as required β€’ Skilled with creating and delivering presentations, online web demos and remote sales processes β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others β€’ Track record of successful sales and account management experience, including holding commercial negotiations within a senior client base
