β€’ Develop and execute annual training plan based on business priorities and training needs. β€’ Manage within training budgets. β€’ Create sales training strategies and programs for new hires and ongoing skill enhancement. β€’ Continuously assess and update training programs to meet both long- and short-term requirements. β€’ Communicate with Area General Managers, Country Managers, and Regional Directors to share best practices.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS in Business or a science-related field. β€’ 10+ years of overall business experience. β€’ 2-5 years as a sales representative in healthcare, diagnostics, or devices. β€’ 2-3 years as a district manager/team leader in a complex selling environment. β€’ Travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally. β€’ Strong skills to support evolving sales force business models. β€’ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
