• The National Training Manager (NTM) supports the Psychiatry Associate Training Director in the design and delivery of training solutions • The NTM ensures both Training & Development and Brand Strategy are effectively represented in all training programs • This role requires a high level of performance coaching, strategy alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred • 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of training experience in the pharmaceutical industry • High performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization
