Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Minimum of [10+] years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. • Experience in managing and motivating geographically dispersed sales teams. • In-depth understanding of the EMEA market, cultures, and business practices. • Ability to travel as needed within the region and internationally.
