Description

• Join ABBYY as a Vice President of Sales for the European region. • Lead and execute sales strategy for EMEA markets. • Drive revenue growth and manage a high-performing sales team. • Develop and execute overall sales strategy in alignment with company goals. • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Set revenue targets and establish sales quotas. • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. • Oversee sales process from lead generation to deal closure. • Track and analyze sales metrics and develop action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Minimum of [10+] years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. • Experience in managing and motivating geographically dispersed sales teams. • In-depth understanding of the EMEA market, cultures, and business practices. • Ability to travel as needed within the region and internationally.
