• Manage and design techniques to complex computer systems with multiple users. • Lead and guide the configuration and maintenance of the ETM application. • Guides users in formulating requirements; advises on alternatives. • Analyze user project proposals, identify omissions and errors in requirements, and recommend solutions. • Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements. • Prepare and give presentations to user management regarding issues and solutions. • Ensure proper change management for system changes and attend Governance meetings.
