• Accountability Counsel strives to prioritize people and the planet over profits. • Seeking a hands-on Director of Development to fundraise for organizational growth. • Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to increase revenue. • Provide leadership and direction to executive staff for effective fundraising. • Serve as chief grant writer managing proposals and reports. • Strengthen fundraising operations and track donor information effectively in Salesforce. • Create structured donor communications leveraging data and impact stories. • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Accountability Counsel.

Requirements

• A passionate advocate committed to Accountability Counsel’s mission and values. • At least 6 years of work experience in fundraising. • Exceptional writer and communicator with extensive grant writing experience. • Thoughtful relationship builder with a warm personality. • Tech-savvy project manager experienced in multiple projects with concurrent deadlines. • Outgoing individual willing to travel domestically and internationally. • Flexible and self-directed team member in a lean nonprofit environment.
