Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy that supports the organization’s people goals and enhances the overall employee experience. • Oversee the management and maintenance of HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management tools. • Ensure systems are optimized and integrated to support HR processes efficiently. • Lead the implementation and optimization of new and existing HR technologies and tools. • Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs. • Ensure data integrity within HR systems. • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. • Identify opportunities for process improvements through technology and automation. • Work with HR stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. • Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ensure HR systems are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly around data privacy and security. • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure HR team members and other stakeholders are proficient in using HR systems and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required. • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS management, or related field. • Proven experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, or similar platforms). • Experience with system implementations and integrations across multiple HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, benefits, performance management).
