•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. •3+ years of experience in an HR role, providing foundational knowledge of HR operations. •Understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices in human resources management, with a willingness to continue developing this knowledge. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and convey HR information clearly. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using HRIS systems preferred, and a willingness to learn new HR technologies. •HR certification (e.g., aPHR, PHR) is a plus but not required; interest in pursuing HR certification is encouraged. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing HR needs. •Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus, with an understanding of the unique HR challenges in such environments.
