Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in developing innovative and impactful healthcare solutions that meet market and client needs. • In-depth understanding of care management functions, including call centers, utilization management, case management, clinical assessments, reporting, fulfillment, and related processes to drive effective healthcare delivery. • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing clinical operations programs at the point of care, specifically for state and federal clients. • Advanced skills in project management, business analysis, data analysis, process development, research, technical writing, and creating accurate forecasts to support business objectives. • Extensive experience in consulting, solution architecture, and leading implementations, with a focus on proposal development and market research. • Hands-on experience managing state and federal RFPs and proposals within healthcare organizations, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning. • Solid knowledge of state and federal healthcare policies, enabling strategic development and alignment with regulatory requirements.
