Description
• Responsible for partnering with Marketplace vendors to expand reward exposure • Monitor vendor performance and improve upon price targets for assigned vendor accounts • Collaborate within a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of Vendor Management/eCommerce experience • Experience with tracking vendor performance against KPIs • Ability to effectively negotiate with key stakeholders and vendors • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Excellent analytical skills to solve ambiguous problems and develop insights from large data sets • Self-starter; acts with a sense of urgency, proven results and solution-oriented • Evidence of effective time management and prioritization against business needs • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce an asset • Experience with using analytical tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Tableau) an asset • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Fluency in Spanish an asset
