•BA/BS degree or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience as a localization sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director within the Localization Industry or Medical Device/Pharma Industry. •Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. •Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. •Proven ability to position products against competitors. •Demonstrable experience in net new sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions. •Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Excellent verbal and written communications skills. •Customer centric selling an advantage. •Experience in creating and selling solutions (i.e. Digital Marketing Solutions, Global Content Management, and Technical Connector Solutions). •Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the localization process, including extensive knowledge of translation and workflow tools. •Ability to travel up to 50%.
