β€’ The Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist is responsible for leadership oversight of the RCM domestic and global teams β€’ Provide work assignments, feedback, training, and guidance to staff β€’ Work closely with management to identify payor trends and develop RCM process improvements β€’ Mentor and provide oversight assistance to the team β€’ Evaluate business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement β€’ Consult across teams, providing mentorship, and specialized knowledge β€’ Streamline the production process and analyze team strengths β€’ Respond to internal inquiries for coaching assistance and resolve escalations β€’ Train new employees and help CSRs with customer interactions β€’ Analyze information, problem solve, and identify opportunities β€’ Develop and enhance process and payer-specific job aids and procedures β€’ Investigate escalated billing inquiries and ensure patient confidentiality β€’ Complete compliance training and maintain program compliance

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma required; Associated degree preferred β€’ Three (3) years related work experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance, customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management regardless of industry required β€’ Two (2) exact job experience in HME, Diabetic, home medical supplies, Pharmacy, HH environment is preferred. Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment that routinely bills insurance.
