• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience. • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service, Digital Marketing. • Strong communication skills in both English and French. • Passion for driving customer success and measurable outcomes. • Strong communication and social skills, ability to navigate conflict. • Strong consulting skills, results as a trusted advisor. • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure. • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing/media. • Skilled at Program Management within large organizations. • Experience leading executive meetings and workshops. • Validated experience with account planning & customer success plans. • Effective at leading C-level discussions and presentations. • Flexibility to travel (approx. 20%).
