Description

• Seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join Sales team. • Focus on developing relationships with key decision-makers at poultry producers. • Understand business needs, hatchery process, and workflows. • Communicate how TARGAN’s AI-powered technologies help achieve performance targets. • Work closely with Engineering, Bio-Process, and Field Operations teams for customer service. • Research and understand organizational structure and goals of integrated broiler producers. • Build relationships with stakeholders in broiler companies. • Present equipment to clients, showcasing benefits and value. • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. • Collaborate for successful installation and support of equipment at hatcheries. • Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Poultry Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Proven track record in key account management and business development within the poultry industry or related sectors. • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate or similar environment. • Experience in process optimization, and yield management expertise in poultry processing plant strongly preferred. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong sales and business acumen with a consultative and solution-oriented approach. • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels. • Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Fluency is Portuguese is strongly preferred. • Exceptional negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive improvements. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to frequently travel to customer sites and industry events as required (travel up to 80% with overnight stays). • Valid US state-issued Driver’s License. • Valid US Passport (or similar) and ability to travel internationally.
