• Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) Sales Account Manager oversees assigned areas for account management and sales prospecting. • Plans and directs sales activity for both established and prospective accounts. • Promotes Expandable Polystyrene and other Epsilyte products. • Responsible for planning and directing sales activities. • Develops and maintains strong customer relationships. • Analyzes customer business strategies and sponsors innovation. • Gains knowledge of EPS product portfolio to align with customer needs. • Builds customer relationships through sales calls and impeccable service. • Manages pricing, quotes, and contract negotiations. • Participates in EPS planning processes and forecasts demand.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or procurement role • Must have 3 years or more of experience with Expandable Polystyrene or equivalent plastic raw materials sales experience • Experience in forecasting and demand planning • Willing to travel up to 50% • Requires ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, both internally and externally
