Description
• Act as an integral part of the Medical Team to offer ongoing clinical support • Interact directly with patients across a variety of channels to address common questions • Ensure inquiries and patient needs are addressed timely and thoroughly • Participate in operational projects to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability of clinical services.
Requirements
• Previous and/or current experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse required • Telemedicine experience required (at least 1 year) • EMR experience strongly preferred • Computer literacy • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
