🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree & MBA • 5+ years’ experience in strategy roles for SaaS company, Consulting Firm or multi-national corporation • Experience, network and positive references in the Consulting, Legal or CLM industry a plus • Critical skills include project management, research, and analysis • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Track record of delivering strategic initiatives that yield measurable business results • Goal-oriented with proven ability to build and work in a matrix with high-performing teams • Strong capabilities in building and executing M&A strategies • Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills • Demonstrated success working within a globally distributed organization • A human-centric leadership approach that acknowledges and appreciates everyone’s unique contribution to the business • Fosters intra-team and inter-departmental collaboration through leading by example • Ability to travel globally between 10-15%.
