Description

• Supporting your team to perform high quality home surveys with a “WOW” customer experience. • Responsible for a team of 4-8 Clean energy experts. • Ensuring all team members have the right knowledge and skills regarding Aira sales method. • Run daily start-up team meetings as well as weekly and monthly reviews. • Responsible for ensuring training is planned and performed regularly. • Educating, coaching, and supporting operationally out in the field at customer meetings. • Follow KPIs and identify improvements. • Support sales-relevant projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Successful direct sales experience in a modern and dynamic sales environment. • The ability to inspire others. • An easy and natural way of building relations and trust. • An appreciation for working in structured consistent way to create results through daily routines and control. • Passion for helping other people grow. • Ability to work independently. • Experience as a leader or trainer of sales teams. • An attitude of helping sales people become successful. • Understanding of sharing best practice creates learning transfer within the team. • Confident and positive appearance as well as very good communication skills. • Understanding of common sales management methods. • Proactive way of working including creativity, a hands-on mentality and a clear solution orientated mindset. • Ability to prioritise and manage your own and your team’s time. • Stability and a cool head in a high growth and rapidly evolving environment. • UK Driving license required.
