Description

• As a Layer 3 Support Engineer, provide advanced technical support for API connector sources. • Use data-engineering skills to debug customer issues with data pipelines. • Collaborate with Layer 2 support agents to resolve escalated issues. • Advocate for customers, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. • Triage and prioritize user issues; develop code to address them. • Focus on automation and creating a knowledge base to enhance functionality.

Requirements

• Background: Computer Science or adjacent degree or 2 years of Data Engineering or Software Engineering experience or 3+ years as an L2/L3 Technical Support Engineer. • Experience working closely with Engineering teams and/or Developer customers. • Proficiency in Python, Github, Docker, and SQL. • Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, unit tests, and troubleshooting. • Excellent technical research skills and customer-centric communication. • About you: growth mindset, analytical, self-starter; passion for continuous learning and improvement. • Build leverage: week-long tasks should take ten minutes next year. • Belief in company values.
