Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline and/or related field • valid, independent and unrestricted license in behavioral health • 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments • excited and motivated to deliver clinical support via phone • high level of proficiency in adhering to a disciplined schedule • excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) over the phone • willingness to receive feedback • bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset
