• Provide phone-based goal-oriented support services • Engage, build trust, and foster rapport • Manage incoming transfer calls • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments • Maintain regular contact and care coordination • Advocate in crisis situations and provide personalized support • Conduct quality of life assessments • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques and coaching methodologies • Monitor progress and adjust support frequency • Educate participants on employer benefits • Utilize AiRCare’s support system • Ensure confidentiality and privacy compliance • Participate in professional development opportunities • Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues • Achieve performance metrics • Share periodic on-call responsibilities • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline and/or related field • Valid, independent behavioral health license • Reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI • 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments • High proficiency in time management and prioritizing tasks • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the phone • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset • Availability to work from 830a-5p PST, 930a-6p MST, 1030a-7p CST, 1130a-8p EST
