• Airship helps brands master mobile-first customer experiences to build lasting relationships and accelerate business growth. • We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 10 years of industry experience working with Customer Marketing or Digital Product Agencies. • This role requires a hands-on individual contributor who will own the agency go-to-market (GTM) strategy. • You are a structured yet creative thinker who thrives on building scalable programs and measuring their impact. • With a proven history of managing and growing agency partnerships for a SaaS company, you have the business acumen and sales orientation to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Your dynamic personality and strong relationship-building skills set you apart. • Above all, you are passionate about building partnerships that deliver measurable value for all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles within the technology or SaaS industry. • Proven track record of developing and managing successful agency partnerships that drive revenue growth. • Strong understanding of Customer engagement solutions and the digital marketing landscape. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with agency partners and attend industry events.
