• Aktiia is a pioneering health tech company revolutionizing blood pressure monitoring through its innovative deep learning approach to data-driven insights and platform approach. • The Global Head of Business Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Aktiia’s strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue growth initiatives. • This leader will identify new business opportunities, foster key relationships, and work cross-functionally to establish Aktiia as the leading blood pressure intelligence platform. • The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic self-starter able to be both player and coach, comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping write the playbook while executing it. • This role will be responsible for revenue targets. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration. • Business Strategy & Growth: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships for Aktiia’s platform across a broad ecosystem of organizations in consumer and healthcare enterprises. • Market Expansion: Formulate a country-specific enterprise strategy according to organizational priorities. • Sales & Revenue Generation: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and drive revenue streams. • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing business development team to support growth objectives. • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. • Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership within the health tech, consumer tech, or digital health industries. • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets. • Proven builder and leader scaling successful teams. • Experience in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements. • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Understanding global healthcare regulations and reimbursement models is a plus. • Why Join Aktiia?: Be part of a mission-driven company making a real impact in global health. • Work with a talented, passionate, and international team. • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and career growth opportunities. • Flexible work environment with potential for remote work (<20% travel).
