โ€ข Responsible for assisting Sales Executive in generating new revenue via direct prospecting for new pipeline โ€ข Accountable for identifying business opportunities via direct outreach or referral from Workday Account Executive โ€ข Securing meetings, qualifying sales leads, and hand-off leads process with Sales Executive โ€ข Generates leads through Workday referrals or developing contacts via daily calling and other outreach activities โ€ข Conducts initial qualification of opportunity to confirm viability and gather understanding of customer needs โ€ข Facilitates appointment scheduling in prospect accounts

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree preferred โ€ข 2 โ€“ 5 years of inside sales or business development lead generation experience โ€ข Documented achievement of plan performance โ€ข Experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation, customer service, and/or phone based selling techniques โ€ข Experience of daily dials, appointment setting, and opportunity generation accountability โ€ข Experience running lead generation campaigns and multi-touch cadences โ€ข Have worked and collaborated with a field sales team with lead handoff โ€ข Knowledge of Workday Public Sector Professional Services industry and ability to quickly learn and understand Alight products and services to accurately relate to targets โ€ข Ability to partner and collaborate with cross functional teams โ€ข Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator โ€ข Strong communicator focused on achieving results โ€ข High attention to detail for operating in compliance driven industry โ€ข Great work ethic, coachable, organized team player โ€ข Able to work well under pressure โ€ข Open to receiving direct feedback
