• Organizing and monitoring current operations to meet SLAs and follow the process. • Managing the team's workload to allocate tasks effectively. • Ensuring a process for managing fluctuations in volumes. • Using active & visual management for understanding business requirements. • Delegating work to ensure clarity on tasks and client requirements. • Measuring client satisfaction and taking corrective action as necessary. • Analyzing productivity and quality metrics. • Documenting processes and sharing knowledge within the team. • Training new hires on processes and tools. • Providing support for communication issues and ensuring timely resolution. • Monitoring payroll processes for timely execution of tasks.
Requirements
• Fluent English – C1 Level at least. • Some experience in people management. • Experience in managing UK payroll outsourcing operations projects/teams. • Experience in working on the cross domain projects desired. • Good MS Excel skills. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • High level of attention to detail is required. • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines. • Teamwork skills. • Spotless record and strong ethos. • Ability to make decisions under pressure of time to meet tight deadlines. • Ability to take ownership of highly complex tasks and projects.
