• Full time - limited term 18 month contract covering a maternity leave • The Team Lead, Talent Acquisition (TLTA) is a dual role providing operational oversight and leadership to the talent acquisition team while also supporting global full-cycle talent acquisition for the Alimentiv Holdings Companies. • The TLTA interfaces with a wide variety of stakeholders including: HR, executives, people leaders, candidates, vendors, and partner organizations. • Participates in the development and execution of departmental strategies to enhance service delivery, staff engagement, and operational efficiencies
• Applicants should have an undergraduate university degree & 4-6 years related experience + substantial ongoing job related training preferably focused in life sciences, healthcare, or professional services. • Previous experience and strong knowledge of talent acquisition. • Specialty in Human Resources; CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards designation. • Knowledge of labour legislation in Canada, US and Europe. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong time management and organization skills. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. • Budget and project management skills.
