β’ Respond to inbound sales-related customer inquiries by gathering initial data from the lead. β’ Manage customer expectations throughout the buying process and handle post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction. β’ Enter and manage leads into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Microsoft Dynamics). β’ Qualify leads and communicate them to the appropriate outside sales team. β’ Manage and nurture marketing leads from start to finish. β’ Cultivate existing customer connections to secure repeat business and respond to marketing campaigns effectively. β’ Communicate with internal teams to align efforts. β’ Utilize CRM and other reporting tools to manage your lead pipeline efficiently. β’ Multitask and handle ad hoc projects to support the broader business as needed. β’ Analyze data to make recommendations for process improvements. β’ Attend meetings to present data and trends, contributing to strategic discussions.
β’ Associate degree in a business-related field or 1-3 years of sales experience in inside or outside sales; business-to-business experience preferred. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to positively represent Allegion in written and verbal communication, comfortable connecting both internally and externally, with a sales-minded approach. β’ CRM experience required; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. β’ Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit to take full ownership of projects as needed. β’ Experience with PowerBI is a plus. β’ Working hours are in EST, preference given to candidates living in EST or CST.
