• Serve as the subject matter expert of B2B customer engagement within the marketing technology stack. • Architect and maintain a best in class marketing technology stack to support Customer Success business initiatives and strategies, anchored around CDP (Segment) and Customer Success Software (PlanHat). • Understanding the way in which different parts of the business model work together, including operating systems and application architectures. • Define, establish, and enforce self service democratization of holistic customer and consumer marketing persona profiles within the marketing technology platform(s) to be leveraged by major stakeholders in marketing technology, marketing, analytics, data science, product, engineering, and customer success. • Develop and manage audience targeting standards and best practices. • Collaborate and develop plans with cross-functional project teams through agreed upon phases of project from requirements definition, customization, testing, training and rollout in an understandable way for stakeholders and partners. • Contribute to our thought leadership and tribal knowledge by developing best practices, sharing your knowledge in team sessions, and maintaining thorough documentation. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer success goals.
• 5 or more years of experience in implementing and managing customer engagement solutions and marketing technology integrations. • Deep understanding of MarTech platforms, customer success tools, CDPs, and/or CRM systems. • Proven experience in designing and implementing B2B-centric MarTech solutions. • Preference for those who have a strong technical background within software or data engineering functions or close working proximity to such. • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types across our cross functional teams. • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills. • You’re observant, you listen well and you take your time understanding the nuanced details of a problem. • You have a passion for organization, simplicity, efficiency and action. • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills that build trust and serve to positively influence partners and teammates. • You relate to our core values and would like to contribute to a positive working environment and culture.
