Description

β€’ Partner with AB Sales Lead to provide thorough customer updates, broker feedback and other pertinent action items that impact sales effectiveness. β€’ Complete standard and customized proposals and RFPs. β€’ Maintain reporting and records for all assigned accounts to ensure transparency and accurate recordkeeping. β€’ Provide proactive client management. β€’ Develop and execute on standard and customized client project plans. β€’ Complete peer reviews on standard and customized proposals and RFPs. β€’ Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to provide exceptional and compliant services to complex accounts of any size. β€’ Initiate and drive communications that will provide optimal working conditions for a successful customer onboarding and life cycle experience. β€’ Develop personal connections with brokers/partners, enrollment firms and clients. β€’ Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completion of all tasks associated with management of accounts including implementation, ongoing service and issue resolution.

Requirements

β€’ 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) β€’ 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) β€’ Client Management β€’ Recordkeeping β€’ Request for Proposals β€’ Sales Support β€’ Strategic Decisions
