Description

• Represent insured and Company in defense of lawsuits, subrogation, and financial cases. • Manage insurance defense litigation from inception to verdict, ensuring favorable outcomes. • Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research. • Prepare and draft pleadings, motions and legal documents. • Interview clients and witnesses, draft summaries and maintain communication records. • Attend court hearings and legal proceedings for support as needed. • Monitor changes in laws and update the legal team accordingly. • Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs for skill development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and active membership with the California State Bar. • Successful completion of courses in legal research, writing, and analysis. • Strong time management skills for multitasking and deadlines. • Capable of organizing case files and managing legal documents. • Skilled in client communication, summarizing, and maintaining records. • Well-versed in legal ethics and professional conduct • Equipped with negotiation techniques and strategies for client interactions.
