•Company Overview: •AllWork® is a leading freelance management and payments platform. •We specialize in efficiently managing and paying various types of freelancers for businesses, including hourly, consulting, contract, and project-based workers. •Our platform supports the evolving Modern Workforce, with freelancers becoming as prevalent as permanent employees in many companies. •Position Overview: •The Vice President of EOR Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our EOR offerings, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. •This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in HR technology sales, EOR or payroll and staffing services and with a proven ability to get C level meetings.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree •10+ years of sales experience in HR technology or related fields, including payroll, EOR services and general staffing services etc. •Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. •Strong understanding of EOR solutions and workforce management practices. •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated ability to build new lead funnels •Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
