Description

• Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships. • Responsible for leading a high performing corporate partnerships team. • Implementing a fundraising program to generate significant revenue for the ALS Association. • Establishing and achieving revenue goals for corporate partnerships. • Providing strategic leadership and direct supervision to the Associate Directors, Corporate Partnerships. • Ensuring alignment of strategy, messaging, and partnership development. • Responsible for implementation of overall corporate strategy for sales and account management. • Collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless partnership execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) • A minimum of seven years frontline fundraising experience in a non-profit environment • Extensive experience in cold calling and corporate partnership development • Proven track record generating new revenue and managing strategic partnerships • Significant relationship building with individuals from diverse backgrounds and styles • Experience working with contacts at all levels of Fortune 500 companies • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
