We are a small company constantly evolving to keep up with changing landscapes in the data world. •We are proud of the community and culture that we’ve created at Arkatechture, and we have no intention of slowing down. •Job Description •As our first Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partner ecosystem to drive partner-generated revenue through strategic alliances, including tech, referral, and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partnerships.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, with at least 3 years in a SaaS company. •Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs, preferably at a growth-stage or mid-sized SaaS company. •Experience with multiple partner types (tech, referral, VAR) and a deep understanding of how to tailor engagement strategies for each. •Strong strategic and operational skills with a focus on process optimization and execution. •Demonstrated success in setting and exceeding revenue targets within a partnership framework. •Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders. •A data-driven mindset with a high degree of proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or similar). •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus).
