β€’ Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers β€’ Design and build systems and processes for scaling and growth β€’ Establish and manage key broker and client relationships β€’ Monitor client health and client success KPIs, develop strategy plans β€’ Communicate regularly with key decision makers and broker partners

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience managing and growing a B2B account management org and delivering impactful results in the healthcare and benefits industry β€’ Demonstrated experience supporting clients to increase engagement and maximize the value of a SaaS solution β€’ Proven ability to build strong relationships with brokers in the health and welfare space β€’ Passionate about delivering an excellent client experience and strives to deliver high-quality work β€’ Strong health plan design and benefits expertise β€’ A strong ability to think systematically and design operational processes β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ A self-starter with the ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced startup environment
