Description
• Lead a team of 5-10 TAMs, ensuring customer success • Develop relationships with key stakeholders • Provide proactive recommendations for customer business objectives • Guide team in leveraging Axonius customer frameworks • Monitor trends in Axonius adoption to prevent churn • Collaborate with sales for growth opportunities
Requirements
• 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting or related field • 3+ years leading a team of Technical Account Managers • Experience with large, complex systems • Excellent communication and influence at all organizational levels • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure • Strong analytical and translation skills between technical and business concepts • Knowledge of business processes and applications
