• Seeking a Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). • Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and employee relations. • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational mission and growth. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Proven executive-level experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. • Demonstrated track record of strategic HR leadership and driving organizational change. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
