β’ We provide US-based business clients full-time, top-notch virtual assistants dedicated to their success. β’ You will play a crucial role in our sales team, working to expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. β’ Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' talent requirements and propose appropriate virtual assistant solutions. β’ Present and demonstrate our unique talent services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of hiring virtual assistants. β’ Close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction with the right virtual assistant and company profitability. β’ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. β’ Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
β’ 3+ years proven experience as a B2B Sales Consultant (selling to business owners) or in a similar sales role, preferably in the recruitment industry. β’ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients (predominately business owners) β’ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. HubSpot preferred. β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
