📋 Description
• Anagram is a digital assets holding company focused on building and incubating innovative crypto projects. • We are seeking a Head of Business Development for Glider.fi, a platform for automated onchain trading. • This person will own all go-to-market (GTM) and growth operations. • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys being hands-on. • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategy for Glider.fi. • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key ecosystem players. • Leverage existing networks and develop a structured pipeline. • Actively foster relationships within the Web3 community. • Work closely with the Founder to provide feedback on market needs. • Own and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth roles, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or fintech. • A strong and relevant network within the crypto space, including key players in DeFi, liquidity providers, and institutional partners. • Ability to define and implement GTM strategies while being deeply involved in execution. • Experience in structuring and closing partnership deals, with a track record of successful collaborations. • Deep understanding of DeFi, trading, and on-chain finance, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of innovation. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a bias for action and autonomy.
