🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering preferred; or 7+ years of EMS Business Development Experience • Experience: 10+ years in EMS industry business development role, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals. • Experience in selling EMS, PCBA, SMT, and full product integration is a must. • Contract Manufacturing experience required. • Skills: Advanced communication, established business relationships, negotiation and closing experience, with the ability to present to diverse audiences and navigate at the highest levels. • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of EMS-related certifications and ITAR compliance. • A background in technical, engineering, or program management is a plus. • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel 30-40% of the time.
