Description

• Responsible for determining and driving Anduin’s sales strategy to build market presence. • Lead and actively manage a global team composed of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Operations. • Recruit and develop a top-tier enterprise sales organization and coach members. • Foster a team culture that collaborates well within their team and other key stakeholders. • Use data to refine sales processes and drive business outcomes. • Provide input on product direction based on sales performance and analysis. • Play a critical role in business planning with senior executives to influence long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven sales and sales management experience. • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership. • Private market experience preferred. • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own and as a member of a team across different time zones and cultures. • Able to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization. • Proven ability to run and manage complex sales cycles and strategic sales. • Demonstrate progressive and consistent overachievements of ambitious sales goals. • Have experience in closing large enterprise software and services deals. • Partner with Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Engineering peer organizations. • Possess polished communication and presentation skills.
