Description

•Provide top quality support for the full campaign life cycle. •Quickly become an expert on the full operational process from initial quote to campaign completion. •Problem solve for internal and external stakeholders consistently. •Work closely with Anteriad customers, Customer Success Managers, Sales Directors, and the Programmatic Operations team. •Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. •Become an expert in utilizing and understanding a variety of digital communication and project management platforms. •Manage the day-to-day administration of all client programmatic projects. •Understand customer motivations and use that understanding to improve their service campaign over campaign. •Craft strategic solutions for our digital clients.

Requirements

•University degree. •3+ years of related experience. •Be customer obsessed, proactive by nature, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively and love the satisfaction of successful execution. •Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. •Be detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis. •Have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
