Description

• You will grow our supply by expanding our current partnerships between Apartment List and Property Management Companies within your account base • You will identify client challenges and pain points and partner with cross-functional team members (Product, Analytics, Data Operations) to provide solutions. • You will assist our team in deriving helpful insights and reporting that will lead to account growth • You will own building out performance review materials and data insights to present with clients on a regular basis. • You will develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels. • You, along with your peers and leaders across the Go-To-Market function, will have a winning mindset that will enable us to deliver against challenging performance goals. • You will act as a brand ambassador at industry events.

Requirements

• A solid track record in a client-facing role with an emphasis on sales + account growth • Strong performance against your KPIs and quota • You have a positive, energetic, “can-do” attitude • You’re driven and hungry to make an impact • You’re not afraid to get scrappy in a fast-growing startup environment and use your creative problem solving skills to deliver results • You’re a strong networker • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills and technical capabilities • You’re detail-oriented and consistently take the initiative to make things better • You will proactively share interesting insights that will assist in the retention and growth of your accounts • You will be involved in producing high quality, accurate, and timely reporting and business reviews for your partners • You're excited to join the Apartment List team, ready to bring your energy and dedication to drive success in sales and account management
