β’ BA/BS degree β’ Minimum of 3+ years front line sales management and/or strategic account management, with 6+ years progressive pharma/related industry experience. β’ Proven experience in expanding and leading high-performing sales teams, driving success through product launches and growth initiatives. β’ Experience in Nephrology, Hematology, rare disease, and solid organ transplant sales is a plus. β’ Proven leader with the ability to effectively motivate and coach a sales team to achieve success in a competitive market. β’ Strong business planning, organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. β’ Highly effective collaborator who values cross-functional partnership. β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, express ideas fluently and succinctly, and present effectively. β’ Strong clinical acumen with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific data. β’ Demonstrated integrity on the job, including an understanding and deep respect of relevant rules and regulations within the pharma sector. β’ Self-motivated to take the initiative. β’ Willing to travel domestically up to 75% of the time and attend events outside of business hours.
