• Ideally a bachelor’s in business, IT, or Engineering (master’s preferred); • relevant certifications a plus with 8+ years in solution advisory/presales leadership, • with 3+ years in management; • strong client and sales expertise in Benefits Administration. • Proficient in CRM and relevant platforms; • able to translate technical details for business audiences. • Proven strategic leader with strong communication skills; • experienced in high-performance team development and project management. • Data-driven, analytical, adept at resolving complex business challenges. • Dedicated to exceptional client experiences and long-term relationships.
