Description

• Seeking a Director of Consumer UX to lead and grow UX team • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Engineers, and experts • Facilitate research and document findings with UXR team • Manage responsibilities and accountability within the UX department • Identify new market opportunities and ensure consumer requirements are met • Formulate and execute Snap’s product strategies • Drive results and maintain high performance in a complex business setting

Requirements

• Education: Masters in UX Design, HCI, Design, Graphic Design or equivalent experience • Experience: Over 10 years in product design, managing a UX team • Familiarity with Lean UX and Design Thinking • Superior analytical skills for strategic proposal refinement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and people skills • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team • Proficiency in Visio, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint
